Lawyers representing the Manchester Municipal Corporation will be heading to court Monday to seek an injunction against a Mandeville businessman.
A team from the Corporation was unable to access his premises on Ward Avenue on Sunday morning to remove cement from a drain that has been causing flooding along the roadway.
The property was locked, and a car parked over the spot where the drain is located.
The corporation said it wrote to the businessman, five days prior, informing him of its intention to access the premises to carry out the activities.
