The third security guard who went missing from the China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) complex at Plantation Heights, off Mandela Highway, on Sunday night has been located.

The guard turned himself in to the police and is being interviewed by officers attached to the Major Investigation Division.

Deputy Superintendent Coleridge Minto, head of Operations for the St. Andrew South Police, says the guard is in good physical condition.

Two other security guards were found dead at the complex Sunday night.

They have been identified as Lincoln Royal and Brandon Small.

DSP Minto told Radio Jamaica News that the surviving guard fled into nearby bushes after gunmen launched an attack.

But the senior cop said he did not want to give further details until a full investigation is complete.

DSP Minto said the guard is "very shocked and also very concerned" about what took place.

"Not only him, but even some of the other officers who turned up at the location, fellow coworkers are very traumatised. Many of them have expressed not only shock but grief that no doubt will need some amount of counselling," he said.
