Prime Minister Dr Andrew Holness has called for a bold transformation and renewed ambition in Jamaica's business process outsourcing and global services sectors.
To this end, the Prime Minister has pointed to the pivot to ensuring that the requisite training is in place to take hold of opportunities.
Dr Holness, speaking at Thursday's opening of the 2025 Outsource2Jamaica Conference in Montego Bay, outlined a multi-pronged strategy focused on workforce development, digital transformation and infrastructural investment.
