Kintyre Holdings says its payment platform, GetPaid Limited is now an internal division of the group, rather than a subsidiary, following the resignation of CEO Leighton Campbell.
Get Paid's board has also been dissolved, but Neil Patrick, a former director of GetPaid, will serve as a key adviser to the board of Kintyre Holdings.
The company says his focus will be on product development and innovation strategies for the platform.
