Police Commissioner gives details on March Pen murders

Police Commissioner Dr. Carl Williams has given details regarding the murder of five persons, including three children, in March Pen, Spanish Town in St. Catherine.

Speaking as a guest on RJR's Beyond the Headlines on Monday, Dr. Williams outlined that he would depart from protocol and disclose information that would give greater context to the conflict which resulted in the death of the five persons.

The victims in the deadly attack have been identified as Koyandra Wynter, 2, Revaughn Evans, 9, Marvin Campbell Jr., 14, Venisha Bartley, 22, and Salesha Evans, 24.

Their remains were found in a burnt out building in an area known as Africa in March Pen.
   
A 14 year-old girl and a 25 year-old man were also injured in the attack and have been hospitalised.

Marvin Campbell Sr. has been listed as a Person of Interestin the deadly attack. The police say Campbell is also wanted for incest, as well as a recent triple murder in Spanish Town.   
 
Persons knowing his whereabouts are being asked to call 119, 811, 984-2874, the nearest police station or Crime Stop at 311.
