RGD gets new CEO

The Registrar General's Department, RGD is to have a new Chief Executive Officer.

Deirdre English-Gosse has been appointed CEO and Deputy Keeper of the Records at the executive agency.                     

Mrs. English Gosse's appointment will also take effect on August 7.

She replaces former CEO Dr. Patricia Holness who retired last year.

Mrs. English-Gosse who is an attorney at law, has served in various capacities in a number of public sector agencies, including the Statistical Institute of Jamaica, Companies Office of Jamaica, Broadcasting Commission and National Irrigation Commission.
