A 39-year-old man who fatally shot his cousin during a dispute on Sunday, is now in the custody of the St. James police after he was accosted by residents and handed over to the cops.
Denzil Mullings, a 42-year-old farmer, was killed during the incident which occurred about 8:00 p.m. in Arcadia District, St. James.
Residents attacked and beat the suspect before handing him and the firearm over to a police team.
