Camperdown maintain perfect record in Manning Cup

Camperdown made it three wins from as many games in the ISSA Manning Cup competition after tagging STATHS 2-1 at the Stadium East Field on Friday.

Omar Thompson and Devont McGrae got the goals for the East Kingston-based team.  Omar Laing was on target for STATHS. In the second game of the day, Excelsior came from behind to clip St Jago 2-1.

Kumario Johnson sent St Jago ahead after only ten minutes but that was cancelled out by strikes from Onando Calame and Rojay Joseph in the 31st and 50th minutes respectively. Excelsior were reduced to ten men when Sheldon Butler was red carded in injury time.
