Former champions Portmore United and Mount Pleasant had to settle for a share of the points after playing out a 0-0 draw as the Jamaica Premier League (JPL) continued on Monday.
The result means Portmore United are still searching for their first win of the season after four outings and sit 10th in the standings, while Mount Pleasant remain 7th with a win and 2 drawn results.
In the opening game of the double header, a 20th minute strike from Rohane Brown handed newcomers Chapelton Maroons their first win as they beat Waterhouse 1-0. It was also the Maroons’ first goal of the season.
