Principal questions group composition for D/Cup Round of 32

Report by RJRGLEANER Group Sports Reporter Garfield Jones

With action in the Round of 32 of the ISSA DaCosta Cup set to kick off on Saturday, there seems to be some concerns about how teams were placed in the various groups.

Manchester High School principal Jasford Gabriel has presented what he deemed clear and unfair advantages to St Elizabeth Technical, where ISSA president Keith Wellington is the principal.

When Radio Jamaica Sports spoke with Wellington on Friday evening, he acknowledged being in receipt of a letter from Gabriel raising the concerns on Wednesday.

However, he said he had first received a copy of the same letter from a member of the media earlier in the morning. The ISSA boss has promised to respond on camera on Saturday.
