Reggae Boy Javon East signs with new club in Costa Rica

Reggae Boy Javon East has signed a two year deal with Costa Rican club AD San Carlos until the summer of 2022.

The 25 year old earned this deal after impressing on loan with Costa Rican club Santos de Guapiles where he scored 21 goals in 36 appearances last season.

His goals were pivotal in guiding Santos de Guapiles to a top ten finish in the Costa Rican top flight. The former Portmore United man has 11 caps for the Reggae Boyz and has scored one goal in the process.

He scored for Jamaica in the 1-1 draw against Guyana in the CONCACAF Nations League last year.
