Usher
A man suing Usher for allegedly exposing him to herpes has dropped his demand for access to the R&B superstar's medical records.
The unidentified male, known only as John Doe, came forward last year, claiming that he had previously had sex with the Yeah! hitmaker at a Los Angeles spa.
In June, the John Doe filed a motion to compel the singer to submit details of his medical history to the court, as well as information about any possible settlements in the past, following refusals from the star.
That request has now been withdrawn.
