Entertainers Oprah Winfrey and Morgan Freeman are listed among a group of 963 people who have been banned from entering Russia.
The list also includes US President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, former first lady Hilary Clinton and Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg.
Russia created the list in response to US sanctions after it invaded Ukraine.
Russia's foreign ministry said those on the list "incite Russophobia".
