Youth poet laureate Amanda Gorman's star continues to rise as the history making poet has inked a deal with one of the world's biggest modelling agencies, IMG Models.
The 22-year-old Harvard graduate dominated headlines and captured audiences at President Joe Biden's inauguration ceremony with her powerful original piece The Hill We Climb.
The Los Angeles native not only wowed the world with her words, but also impressed with her vivid fashion choices.
The new deal will see IMG develop endorsements and editorial opportunities for Gorman in the fashion and beauty sectors.
IMG Models represents popular models like Kate Moss, Gisele Bündchen and Chrissy Teigen, pop singer Selena Gomez and tennis player Naomi Osaka.
Since being thrust into the global spotlight, Gorman has made a number of high-profile public appearances including on CNN with Anderson Cooper, The Ellen DeGeneres Show and on The Late Late Show with James Corden.
Gorman's forthcoming books, "Change Sings: A Children's Anthem" and "The Hill We Climb and Other Poems," are currently at the top of Amazon's bestseller list.
