Caribbean Airlines says it will be looking to meet competitors head on with the deployment of two new aircraft.
The airline accepted delivery of one of the aircraft yesterday and says the other, should be received this Friday.
Caribbean Airlines says with the new aircraft, it will look to grow market share on its London, New York and Toronto routes.
Caribbean Airlines had been wet leasing aircraft on the routes at considerable cost, though it did not disclose how much the leasing arrangements cost the airline.
It however says it expects to save on the cost.
