Caribbean Flavours and Fragrances has made changes to its Board of Directors.
Howard Mitchell has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors, effective July 1.
Additionally, the company has declared a dividend payment of 25 cents per share.
The money will be paid to shareholders on record on June 20.
The payment will be made on July 2.
