The company, trading as 138 Student Living Jamaica Limited, is seeking to raise $500 million.
The entity was set up to build student accommodation at the University of West Indies, Mona campus in Jamaica.
JMMB will be the broker for the simultaneous offer of ordinary and preference shares in the construction company.
JMMB will hold an investors briefing at the UWI on Wednesday to provide details on the company and the project.
