Guardian Life will on Wednesday break ground for its first real estate development project.
It owns two residential properties on Musgrave Avenue in St. Andrew which it plans to develop in two phases over the next three years.
The total value of the developments is $6 billion.
Some 230 persons are expected to be employed during the construction period.
