East in Reggae Boyz squad for Unity Cup

Experienced striker Javon East has earned a recall to the Reggae Boyz squad for the upcoming Unity Cup 4-team tournament in England. 10 local-based players have been also included in the Jamaican squad.

However, the likes of Leon Bailey and Ethan Pinnock, as well as the Saudi Arabian-based pair of Demarai Gray and Damion Lowe will miss the tournament.

The Unity Cup which will also feature Trinidad and Tobago, Nigeria and Ghana, will be held from May 27-31 at the Brentford Stadium in England. Brentford is the home stadium of Reggae Boy Ethan Pinnock. Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago will open the tournament on May 27.
