Family-owned hardware chain K-Ban has opened a new store at 4 East Bell Road in Kingston.
Chief Executive Officer Nalini Banhan-Nembhard says the move was driven by digital customer data gathered during the Covid-19 pandemic, which highlighted strong demand in Kingston.
As part of the strategy, K-Ban sold its location in Savanna-la-Mar, Westmoreland, and shifted to Kingston to offer more competitive pricing, due to its proximity to the ports.
