Superintendent Coleridge Minto
Five persons, including two Canadian nationals, were arrested and a quantity of cocaine seized during a major anti-narcotics operation in Santa Cruz, St Elizabeth, on Saturday morning.
The Major Organised Crime & Anti-Corruption Agency led the operation, supported by the K9 division of the Jamaica Constabulary Force, Area 3 Firearms & Narcotics Division, and the St Elizabeth Police.
The police swooped down on the premises at Beadles Drive Housing Scheme about four o'clock in the morning, according to Superintendent Coleridge Minto, Commanding Officer for the St Elizabeth police division.
