The former Oceana property in downtown Kingston is to be transformed into a new hotel.
Hilton Hotel on Tuesday announced the property will be the location of the ROK Hotel come next year.
It will include retail, on-site entertainment and commercial office spaces.
The 168-room building, which is owned by PanJam Investment, is located on the Kingston Waterfront.
Hilton currently has a portfolio of nearly 150 hotels and resorts open in the Caribbean and Latin America.
