Ibex has significantly reduced its operations in Jamaica, cutting the number of workstations at its local delivery centres by about 37 per cent over the last year.
The company's latest filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission shows that as at June 30, Ibex had two delivery centres in Jamaica with 2,405 workstations.
That's down from four centres and 3,810 workstations a year earlier - a reduction of 1,405 workstations.
Ibex says the changes are part of efforts to optimise its delivery centre network, including shifting additional capacity toward offshore markets.
The reduction in Jamaica comes even as Ibex reported record global revenue of US$644.1 million for its 2026 financial year, up more than 15 per cent.
The company does not disclose separate revenue figures for Jamaica.
