The JSE Index declined by 431 points on Friday, while the Junior Market Index advanced by five points.
Overall market activity resulted from trading in 110 stocks of which 38 advanced, 52 declined, and 20 traded firm.
TransJamaican Highway was the volume leader with 11 per cent of total volume.
