The inaugural flight from Prague in the Czech Republic to Jamaica will arrive this Friday, signalling a major success in the country's
efforts to secure airlift from new and emerging markets.
It was announced last month that flight services out of the Czech Republic to Jamaica would begin during the winter.
Exim Tours, which is owned by German tour operator, Meir’s Velt Reisen, will operate a charter from Prague.
The flight is to be shared with Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, with 100 seats designated for Jamaica with 10 rotations.
Friday’s flight is due to arrive early in the afternoon at Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay.
