Discussions involving officials of the Ministry of Tourism and key interests at the International Tourism Exchange in Berlin, Germany have borne fruit with the sealing of a deal with Condor Air.
The airline will provide an additional flight out of Frankfurt to Montego Bay in St. James.
The deal will increase to three the number of weekly non- stop flights out of Germany to Jamaica.
John Lynch, the Director of Tourism, says the additional flight could increase by a third the volume of tourists coming out of Germany and continental Europe.
