The Jamaica Broilers Group Limited (JBG) continues its growth strategy by further expanding in the United States.
Wincorp Properties, a subsidiary of JBG, is finalising the execution of an Asset Purchase Agreement with Crystal Farm Mills.
This agreement is for the purchase of a Feed Mill and associated assets located in the US state of Georgia.
The company took over the day to day operations of the Feed Mill on Monday.
