Jamaica Broilers Group's profit declines in 3rd quarter ended January

Jamaica Broilers Group saw a decline profit in its third quarter ended January.
For the three-month period, the company made J$1.3 billion after meeting tax obligations.
For the corresponding quarter in 2023, Jamaica Broilers made $1.5 billion.
For the nine months to January however post tax earnings were higher at $3.82 billion, versus $3.39 billion last year.
JB's total revenues for the quarter were slightly higher, valued at $23.58 billion, compared to $22.67 billion last year.
The company's nine-month revenues came to $70.35 billion, up from $68.51 billion.
