The KLE Group said its chairman, Joseph M. Matalon, will step down from the board in a month's time.
Mr. Matalon resigned as a director and chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from December 15.
He will be replaced by Audrey Marks.
The company in a regulatory filing to the Jamaica Stock Exchange said Mr. Matalon has also resigned as chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from December 15.
It, however, stressed that Mr. Matalon’s resignation is in no way related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting the Audit Committee or its function.
