JSE delists EquityLine Mortgage Investment due to multiple breaches

The Jamaica Stock Exchange has delisted EquityLine Mortgage Investments Corporation.

The JSE said the decision was taken in accordance with JSE Rule 411 which governs delisting of companies.

It said Equityline Mortgage Investments Corporation had been delisted from the Jamaica Stock Exchange as of the close of business on Monday, October 7.

The delisting of ELMIC from the JSE was due to the company's failure to comply with market rules on audited Financial Statements, its annual report, quarterly financial statements among other breaches.
