The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Group has announced changes to its executive management structure, resulting in a change in leadership at the Jamaica Central Securities Depository (JCSD) and JCSD Trustee Services.
Andrea Kelly has concluded her tenure as General Manager of both JCSD and JCSD Trustee Services, effective September 14.
The JSE Group says the combined General Manager position has been eliminated and will be replaced by two separate positions—General Manager of JCSD and General Manager of JCSD Trustee Services.
It says the new structure is intended to strengthen strategic management and executive focus, improve operational effectiveness and position both entities to advance their respective mandates and strategic priorities.
In the interim, JSE Group Chief Executive Officer Livingstone Morrison will assume executive oversight of the operations of JCSD and JCSD Trustee Services.
