Kathryn Lewis-Green has been appointed Chairperson of the Audit Committee at Paramount Trading.
Mrs. Lewis-Green is a current member of the committee.
She replaces Jacqueline Somers-King who resigned as director and chairperson of the Audit Committee on July 24.
Mrs. Lewis-Green also serves as director and chairperson on several other boards.
She is a founding partner of Lewis, Smith, Williams & Company, Attorneys-at-Law and Trademark Agents.
