KPREIT completes sale of four more commercial units in Cayman

Kingston Properties (KPREIT) says its wrapped up the sale of four more commercial units at the Tropic Centre in the Cayman Islands.
 
This brings the number of units sold to nine, of a total ten units.
 
In a notice to the Jamaica Stock Exchange, the company says the final commercial unit is currently under contract, and is expected to close in September.
 
KPREIT says 49.6 per cent of its total portfolio represents its holdings in the Cayman Islands, while 43.5 per cent represents its Jamaican holdings.
