A mechanical glitch on a Fly Jamaica plane was the reason for a recent delay in flights, affecting passengers en-route to Guyana from Toronto, Canada and New York, United States.
A source at the airline said that they were unable to complete repairs to the aircraft in time, resulting in the delay.
According to the airline’s website, flights have since resumed as scheduled.
