OMNI Industries is reporting strong financial growth for the second quarter of 2026, supported by increased demand for construction and infrastructure-related products and supplies for Hurricane Melissa recovery efforts.
The company recorded revenue of $637 million for the quarter ended June 30, representing a 23 per cent increase over the corresponding period last year.
Net profit increased by 10 per cent to $56 million.
The company says the construction segment accounted for 57 per cent of revenue, with demand boosted by continued activity in the construction sector and increased orders following Hurricane Melissa.
OMNI says customers accelerated purchases of essential construction and storage products as rebuilding efforts gathered pace.
However, the company continues to face higher input and logistics costs, driven by global trade tensions, rising fuel prices and disruptions to international shipping routes.
