Omni Industries is reporting net profit of $142 million for the year ended December 31, 2026.
This represents an increase from the $126.6 million recorded in 2024.
Omni Industries also posted revenues of $2.19 billion, up from $1.92 billion the previous year, reflecting stronger sales performance.
Despite the growth in revenue, growth profit declined slightly to $606.5 million due to higher cost of sales.
Operating profit improved marginally to $181.2 million as the company recorded lower administrative expenses which helped to offset increases in selling costs.
