OMNI Industries is reporting a record financial performance for 2025, its first full year as a publicly listed company.
The manufacturer posted revenues of $2.19 billion, a 14 per cent increase, driven by strong domestic demand and a surge in construction activity following Hurricane Melissa. Net profit also improved, rising 12 per cent to $142 million.
The company says disciplined cost management and its tax-exempt status on the Junior Market supported the stronger bottom line.
During the year, OMNI invested heavily in expanding its production capacity, spending more than 200 million dollars on new machinery and plant upgrades.
The company also strengthened its regional footprint, securing new distribution partnerships in markets including Guyana, Barbados, St Lucia and Dominica.
OMNI says it played a key role in supplying critical rebuilding materials after Hurricane Melissa, maintaining operations despite global supply chain disruptions.
