Omni Industries has dispatched its first shipment of locally manufactured products to Barbados as part of its export thrust.
Vincent Clarke, Director of Sales and Marketing, says Barbados, with a per capita GDP of US$26,000, is a key market the company has been targeting.
He stressed that Bajan consumers, like those across the Caribbean, want strong and affordable products they can depend on.
Mr. Clarke added that buying from regional producers offers benefits in terms of price, logistics and CARICOM trade advantages.
