The Jamaica Stocks Exchange (JSE) Index declined by 1,736 points, while the Junior Market fell by 40 points.
The 43 winners included: 138 Student Living Jamaica Limited Variable Preference Shares, Berger Paints Jamaica, Proven Group, JFP and First Rock Real Estate Investments - US dollar shares.
The 45 losers included: Ironrock Insurance Company, MFS Capital Partners, Express Catering, EduFocal And Caribbean Cream.
Twenty-one stocks traded firm.
