The JSE index declined by 315 points, while the Junior market advanced by 29 points.
Among the 42 winners were: Consolidated Bakeries (Jamaica), Cargo Handlers, JMMB Group 7 per cent Variable Jamaican Dollars Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares, The LAB and Lasco Financial Services.
The 40 losers included: tTech, EduFocal, Eppley Caribbean Property Fund - SCC, Caribbean Cream and Knutsford Express Services.
Seventeen stocks traded firm.
