Listed company Supreme Ventures is reporting net profit of $408 million for the third quarter ended September 30.
This represents a small decrease of $18 million or 4% compared to the same period in 2022.
Supreme Ventures says the lower profits were due primarily to increases in selling, general and admin expenses of $364 million and finance costs of $158 million.
The group revealed that its investments in shares in Main Event Entertainment Group and Dolla Financial Services continue to bear fruit to the tune of $113.5 million for the third quarter and $333.2 million for the nine months ended September.
The group earned gross revenues of $12.8 billion, an increase of $755 million or 6% over the third quarter of last year.
Supreme Ventures noted this was facilitated by the introduction of new promotions.
