Wisynco's annual bill for group health to increase

Chairman of Wisynco, William Mahfood says he expects a 5 per cent increase from the annual $9.6 million bill for group health this year to maximise on staff health and well-being.
The company's expansion is part of a growing trend by businesses to improve on work-life balance and invest in the health of staffers.
Additionally, Wisynco has a well-being programme valued at $5.5 million that includes the cost of a registered nurse.
A gym which costs $35 million was commissioned last August for workers.
There are also programmes run in Health and Safety Well-being Month each year that cost $3 million which forms part of an employment engagement calendar budgeted at $5 million annually.
