A Romanian national, believed to be a member of the international scamming network was held at the Pavilion Mall in Half Way Tree, St. Andrew on Tuesday morning.
He was arrested in an ATM booth.
The police say he was in the company of a Jamaican.
According to the police, the ATM was rigged and the men were found in possession of 20 fraudulent cards, $150,000 and several receipts showing withdrawals.
