Industry, Investment and Commerce Minister Audley Shaw has explained his speech problems during his swearing in as a Cabinet minister on Sunday.
In a response to queries via Twitter, Mr. Shaw said his hoarseness was caused by a vocal cord injury.
Mr. Shaw said his voice has been improving daily.
On Sunday, many persons on social media questioned whether he was ill after he was shown struggling to say the Oath of Office.
