Popular actor Bad Boy Trevor, whose given name is Garfield Reid, is among two persons who have been charged with breaches under several pieces of legislation, including one which was activated to prevent spread of COVID-19 in Jamaica.
The 50 year old actor, who is also a nightclub operator, and 22 year old cashier Keniel Smith, are charged with breaches of the Disaster Risk Management Act, Noise Abatement Act, State of Emergency Act and Spirit Licence Act.
The police, in a statement, said they went to a property on Plantation Drive in Kingston 20 where a pool party was being held Sunday night.
After shutting down the party, the police team seized a console and a quantity of liquor.
