A British woman was arrested on Sunday at the Norman Manley International Airport after she was reportedly found with 3.2 kilograms of cocaine valued at more than $4 million.
She is to be charged with breaches of the Dangerous Drugs Act.
The woman was about to check-in to board a flight to Birmingham, England, when she was stopped for security screening.
During the search, detectives reportedly found a false compartment in her suitcase.
A further search revealed five packages wrapped in white plastic each containing cocaine.
