Brothers accused of arson and destruction of property remanded

Two brothers, accused of arson and malicious destruction of property in relation to another sibling, were on Tuesday remanded when they appeared in the St. Elizabeth Parish Court.
 
Auby Jones and his brother Magnus Jones are scheduled to return to court on November 21.
 
It was reported that the accused and their brother were engaged in a dispute for which police intervention was sought.
 
The accused subsequently went to the complainant's house and set it, along with his car on fire.
 
The accused were taken into custody and charged.
 
Radio Jamaica News was further informed that while in custody, a quarrel developed between the Jones brothers which resulted in the police moving them to separate lock ups.
