"About 5.30 pm, Mr. Riley was sitting at his restaurant and nightclub with other persons when two men walked up to them and opened fire. Mr. Riley was shot all over his body and died on the spot," he said.

Calming force - MP
Member of Parliament for Western St. Thomas James Robertson has expressed shock at the brutal killing.
Mr. Robertson described the late businessman as a role model especially to young people in Albion.
"Morning, noon or night you could always look to him. We could keep the youths in check - make them understand that the petty crimes that they would want to get involved in didn't make sense. You have to understand that the level of poverty and strife in the East is very high, we're talking about an area where the infrastructure is weak and he was present," said Mr. Robertson.
