Canada has pledged more than C$600 million in military aid to Ukraine over the next three years.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made the announcement during a state visit by President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday.
This latest support to bolster Ukraine's war efforts comes as its military said forces had successfully struck the headquarters of Russia's Black Sea navy in the Crimean port of Sevastopol.
A Russian missile strike earlier, on the central city of Kremenchuck, killed one person and injured 15 others.
The US has also pledged armament support to Ukraine.
