A section of the Constant Spring Police Station was Friday
morning fire bombed by unknown assailants.
It is reported that around 5.30 two malatov cocktails were thrown into a section of the administrative building which faces the Cassava Piece Road.
However, police personnel at the office were not alerted to the incident until almost an hour later.
On investigation, books on a desk were found ablaze.
Staff members were alerted and the fire extinguished.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Oberlene Smith told our newscentre that additional measures are being taken to secure the station.
